1 serving of my breakfast casserole made with goat cheese, eggs, mini bell pepper strips, scallions and homemade sugar free breakfast sausage.
2 oz. half and half with my coffee.

Two little pre-made omelets at work - they have onion and peppers, and I added cheddar cheese.

Crack slaw. My version is half way between crack slaw and cabbage roll casserole without the rice. Heavily spiced with chili pepper flakes and a nice big blob of 14% fat sour cream
