Hope this inspires some of you!
This is one year of hard work low carbing, lifting, and doing cardio.
The only before pic I have right now is of my face from a work ID. The body matched the face - as you can only imagine how fat I was. I was eating a family size lasagna before bed each night plus doritos and a 2 liter of coke!
