Fitness Summer Challenge: Let's Help Each Other
Hi everyone! I decided to jump in and start a challenge. I hope others will join me in this quest to reshape my body through fitness and LC eating. I was thinking I'd set a few rules or guidelines to help keep me accountable. I need "to do" lists to keep me on plan.
I thought we could focus on a particular body part each week and maybe share the different exercises we do for that part.
1. Set a weekly exercise goal. Try to set a cardio and a strength goal. It can be small or big. Ex: 5 min. walk & 10 squats. Challenge yourself!
2. Drink lots of water! Try for at least 64 oz. and if you can, drink 1/2 your body weight. Ex: 163, so I should drink approx: 82 oz.
3. Stay on plan with your food! If you mess up, don't fret, get over it and get back on plan. Each day is a new day!
4. Post weight each week.
5. Check in with weekly stats. I'll post those and you can copy & paste
6. Try to post measurements once a month. Doesn't have to be elaborate.
Ex: Chest, Waist, & Hips
7. Ask questions and help each other!
8. Have fun!
This week's focus: Abs!!
