Hey Rosie!

Although I don't remember it, we lived in South Carolina when I was about 3 or 4. I would like to visit there as well, just to see what its like. But I guess my all time traveling goal is to get out of the south. Never been out of it! I'd like to go up north (I think)!

Beware if you travel through Nashville, THEY ARE ALWAYS DOING CONSTRUCTION ON THE INTERSTATE! I do my best not to go there if I don't have to! Thank God for alternate routes!

On another note, do you like PP? Is it easy? I read some posts about it but I've never read the book. I also read alittle about zone, but that was way more effort than I wanted to put into any meal! It may actually be easy, but it sure sounded confusing. I'm sure many love it though! I don't really remember what I read about PP, so I was just wondering.

Sharon

Hi Sharon,

PP is a very good plan. After you do all the calculations for your protien requirement, it is a very simple plan to follow. I couldn't make any sense of the zone, and I have read CAD and while it would be nice to have a reward meal, it would be a big no-no with my diabetes! My reward has to be those good BGL tests. There is a very strong support group here for PP, maybe you should check it out, but if you find you have success with the one you are on then that is great...
