Smile Newbie here

Hello ,

I am new here. I originally tried a LC diet about 4 years ago to lose some weight. I read everything I could get my hands on and did lose a good amount of weight. However, it was the first time in ages that I got a period on my own.

Well, 2 years ago when the hubby and I started TTC, I was diagnosed with PCOS, so again I read everthing I could. My ob/gyn prescribed all the normal Clomid rounds to no avail. She finally gave me the number of a PCOS specialist in this area, she is supposed to be the best.

However, being the best comes with some drawbacks, like not being able to get an appointment for another 2 months. So, I decided that during that time period I would go back to a LC diet. Anything to help me on!

Ok, there's the brief bio. I look forward to chatting!

Good Day:
You might already know about this but, it has been really helpful to me : check out the www.soulcysters.com website...it has tons of information on PCOS. You can find stuff on everything there...and someone who knows how to find what is not there.
Good Luck!
