Default I fell off the wagon.

I have been back on Atkins for two days after a long lapse. I am feeling really fat and horrible. I dont know why it is so difficult for me to get back on track now. It doesnt help that i am having great difficulty finding the ready to drink shakes. Does anyone know why the supermarkets are not stocking them anymore? And even online they are all sold out.

It's so hard to find any of the shakes anymore. Anywhere. Don't feel bad, I have been struggling getting back on the right path as well. I guess that's why we are all here, to help each other and know that we aren't alone in our journey

My Coles still sells them, but I know what you mean. Guess in a way it's a good thing though - we really should be eating as much non-processed stuff as possible.

I know your right about not drinking too much of that stuff but it really helps me keep on track. When i feel like i really need something sweet i have a strawberry shake, icy cold. I am really missing them. And they are so handy for taking to work.

When I feel like having something nice and sweet, I have a stevia-sweetened cup of tea. And you can take those to work too!

There's lots of other options out there, not just the pre-packaged stuff. Give it a whirl
