Hello/ New Aussie Member
Hi Guys.
New member here. Did an intro thing on the main page but didn't relise there was an Australian Group. So hello to the Aussies and NZ peoples....
Have had some great advice allready, and appreciate anything the more advanced people can advise me on...
My goal is to drop some bodyfat, but more-so to increase LBM. Im returning to the Gym, Im doing a 12 week body transformation challenge and have decided the Low Carb approach will be most benificial.
My wife will also be following the eating plan and hopefully training with me.
