yummy cookies
sort of oatmeal. . .I bought a thing of the keto oatmeal two scoops are 3 net carbs. . .so I thought why not. . .so I chopped up pecans and walnuts finely. . .about 1 cup all together. . .splenda, about 1/3 of a package of vanilla pudding (sugarfree). . .one egg. . .pinch of salt. . .bit of vanilla. . .blend the splenda and butter like it is cookies. . .you can add sour cream or cream cheese at this point. then the vanilla, egg. . .mix well and then add the rest. It does not flatten so you need to mush it into cookie shape. . .high in fiber and mega yummy. redawn~sorry that's how I cook. . .no measuring.
