For me its microwaved cheese. I put a slice on a plate and nuke it until its crispy on the edges. Every now and then I nuke it too long and its like cement on a plate. Okay I'm not the greatest cook on the planet.
I put a drained can of tuna, sugar free pickles, and a little mayo into my mini-blender until I have a puree. Yummy with celery or pork rind for dipping.
