Default yummy, yummy stuff!

chicken bake
1/2 c shredded xsharp cheddar
1c cooked chicken breast
1/2 c steamed califlower
2 T diced onion
1/2 c steamed brocilli
1/2 c mayo
1/2 cup hi/low ceral
s&p to taste.

combine all ingredients except the ceral. . .then bake 350 for 45 minutes. . .then sprinkle ceral on top. . .bake another 15. Let sit a few minutes.

redawn~my dh wants me to make it again!

it's this high protien/low carb ceral I found around here. . .what the recipe actually is. . .

chicken ring
2 cresant roll pop containers
the other recipe
lay out cresant rolls long point out (hanging over the edge) all in the same direction in a circle on the outside edge of a pizza stone. . .fill with mixture. . .really stuff it and then pull the long points over and push them into the base. Bake till the crust is rich and crunchy.

so I tried it without the rolls and it was missing something. . .mostly something to absorb the grease. . .ahh ceral I thought. . .OH YEAH! redawn

Brilliant! Sounds like a low carb cracker would work too. I'm desperate for new ways to eat meat. I'll give this a try.
