Default Easy sweet and sour/ orange sauce

Hi,
1/4 distilled vinegar, cup of water, and either 1.crystal light orange sunrise 2. crystal light rasberry 3. both together, 1/4-1/2 tps glucommanan as a thickener.

You can also use this as a replacement to rasberry dresssing. Becareful not to use too much glucommanan as it is a HIGH viscosity fiber and will solidify quickly and it can also bloat you if you have too much (some people like to make puddings out of it).

There probably are 1-2 carbs per 1/4 cup of this but much better than 7-13 per tablespoon like regular sweet and sour.
