I would suggest Josephs lavish bread cut into small squares. I usually spray a little butter spray on them (like pam) and stick them in the microwave. Cook for 30 seconds at a time and check you do not want to burn these! They will crisp up like any chip/cracker and taste so good with dips.

1 lavish bread is 8 carbs (I think) but I usually only use 1/2 of one because they are so big and makes a lot of chips.

I've tried the tortillas and I prefer the lavish much better and its simple.

(found by the deli usually)
