You CANNOT imagine how helpful this is.

Tho I am getting ready to move on to Phase 2, I remember how much time it took me to make a shopping list for this phase. And I know it will help others.

Now what about Phase 2.

Default Great boost- long phase I grocery list

Gawdess,
Excellent. I appreciate that you put this list together. You saved me time and worry about what in the world I was going to buy at the grocery store. There's so much here! Yes, I have the SBD book, but this list with a personal touch puts me a bit ahead of the game.

There are food lists in the link to mizfrogspad.com in the very first thread of this forum. If you go to that site, there are updated food lists for each phase and a chart on How to Adapt Your Meal Plan.

This thread is over 1 yr old and there have been foods added to the lists which you can get at mizfrogspad.

Gawdess, thanks for the shopping list. I just happen to be going shopping today. Love your name and your pics! Thanks for sharing.

I actually just started following SB this morning. I've had the book for a long time and decided it was time to go for it.

Thanks again.
