Also, look for other natural anti-inflammatories, like niacin, which I also use.

Gluten free and MSM have done absolute wonders. And if I need painkillers, I take white willow and devil's claw; together they need a lower dose.

Pharma tweaks the molecules to get them patented, so often the natural alternative (white willow was the first aspirin) will dodge the side effects.

I am fortunate I found things that worked; and they were outnumbered by what I tried that didn't work.

Tylenol has also not worked for me in the past. Aspirin does, and has been my painkiller of choice when I need something, but I have been avoiding that too over the last year or so. Luckily I don't often have pain to the point of needing medication. Do you get willow bark & devil's claw already combined, or do you get them as 2 separate preparations?

Just letting everyone know it can help to come at the problem from a different angle.

I had a
  • sleep problem
  • hormone problem
  • pain problem
  • fatigue problem
  • memory problem
  • appetite problem

and it turned out it was all an inflammation problem. I started targeting inflammation, and it all got better.
