make kool aid with splenda???

i was thinking today... is it safe to have cool aid made with splenda during induction? just as a small treat?

I don't see why not! I make jell-o with Splenda and Kool-Aid, and ate it during induction. The key (as you know) is moderation. For a small treat, a glass or so, it's just fine. Just count the Splenda!
