Cans of salmon or sardines
hard-boiled eggs
cubes of yellow cheese
pre-cut salad of tomato, cucumber, red, green or yellow peppers with a few olives or unroasted walnuts ( Pitsuchim has those) and a (apple) vinegar-olive dressing (NO mayo!)
You could also bring a cold unit from a portable freeze-box, or just keep chicken and other meat in a regular freeze-box.
...is what I can think of, off the top of my head.
