Default is the carb count for the whole pan of chocolate

I read your recipe for the chocolate truffles and wondered if the carb count is for the whole pan?

Yes it is. Some people will cut them bigger so it's easy for them to divide it by the number of pieces minus the fiber.

I love these truffles so much. I haven't made them with macadamia yet, just pecans, but I brought them to my parent's house this past weekend. I knew there was ice cream for desert that night and wanted my own treat. As ot turned out, everyone there wanted MY treat too! Dad kept piling them on his ice cream LOL

I'm one of the people that cut mine smaller. I put them in a 4.5 x 7.5 dish to freeze, then slice them in 60 pieces. They're about 1/2" thick and 3/4 inches square that way and about 1 carb per 2 squares. I feel very decadent when I take 4-5 squares for a serving
