Default Who hoo

I am so happy I am down to 204 today, I have not seen that number in years...it feels so good. I am so close to getting under that 200 mark.

I know I have not posted much around here yet, I think it's because I am so busy reading and soaking up all the info I can. I seem to find the answers to my questions just looking at everyone's posts.

I was a little worried about a stall, but I seemed to have overcome that just by staying on plan and keeping my eye on the prize. I have had no desire to cheat at all, even though my bf's daughter was trying to entice me with a cupcake at a BBQ she threw for us...( it was in fun though) she was so sweet, she made me lowcarb cheese and jalapeņo stuffed burgers, and a amazing Greek salad. They also made cream cheese and crab stuffed jalapeņos wrapped in bacon. Totally low carb. I was touched that they made pretty much the whole meal low carb just for my comfort.

That's the stuff that's going to help me get to that end goal.

And of course this website has been such a amazing place to hang out.

Looking forward to my journey

Congratulations! ONEderland ahead.
It is easier if you have friends and family supporting you. Sounds a great BBQ, yummy LC foods. Maybe you could get some Swerve or similar and explore a few dessert recipes for special events in the future...for picnics maybe a berry fruit cobbler where topping is based on nuts or LC cookies. Kristi makes some of her recipe videos with help from her son and daughter. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=470795

It is great to hear that you are on track and have support from those around you. And yes, it is easy to get swallowed up just reading old posts on this website! But it is full of wise information (and fun to read your own old posts from years previous).

Congrats on your progress! This way of eating (WOE) is truly a journey, and you sound well equipped to make the best of it.
