Syndrome O

HI All,

Have any of you heard or read about a concept called Syndrome O? It was concieved of by a doctor in Boston I think. Take a look at these websites http://www.syndromeo.com/syndromeo.html and http://www.pcostrategies.org/syndromeo.html
