Recipe Name: ARGO2d's KICKED UP LC 'APPLE' CHIPS!!!

Serves: depends how greedy you are!
CarbsPerServing: sorry i dont count carbs -- i just know its low and GOOD for you!
Prep Time: 15 min prep, LONG drying period!
Effort: Easy

Ingredients:
1 bag of zucchini (sliced & frozen for me until i can afford a mandolin)
1~2 tbs cinnamon ground
0.5 tsp stevia or other sweetner equivalent (experiment with quantities -- mine was more than sweet enuff!!)

How to Prepare:

nuke zucch until fully defrosted/soft. drain all excess water to speed drying time.combine cinnamon and sweetner and coat zucch slices thoroughly!!arrange on dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 125 deg F for about 4 hrs, checking every 30 minutes after until fully dryALTERNATIVE (if dehydrator not available):SAME prep method BUT arrange slices on oven pan and leave in oven on really low with door slightly ajar until dry -- havent tried this method yet but it should work fine!NOTE: dont worry if the cinnamon coat looks thin! the zucch slices shrink and the flavor concentrates and thoroughly penetrates as the water evaporates -- hence the 'KICKED UP' part of the title! (and the 'Argo2d' part is because i've never got to name a recipe after me before!! )
