Question

Almond pound cake?

Anybody ever make Almond pound cake? It uses almond flour. How does it taste? My ds has a birthday coming up and I'd like to enjoy a slice of cake without compromising my plan!

If you look at the bottom of this page, the board has found several recipes for you.

Almond "Flour" is just ground almonds, so it doesn't act like flour. But anything I have ever made with it was very good indeed.
