Oh yeah! I got l-glut for it after my first LBWO my calves had serious DOMS in that I was squeeling like a piggy walking up stairs, but I still love feeling a little DOMS, especially when I'm not expecting it.... like reaching over to do something and feeling lats and traps or something

The shower controls in my master bathroom are a little unfamilar to me, but I know the ones in the locker room like the back of my hand!!
