Plan: Carbohydrates Addict Diet

1st day - 100th diet
I am starting the carbohydrate Addict's diet today and would welcome hearing from others who have been on the diet. From what I can see, most on this site are on Atkin's whick I have tried before and think this alternative one will work best for me. I have lost 25 lbs basically following CAD but not realizing that it was an organized diet. What I mean is, I have lost the weight eating one meal a day and eating very little during the rest of the day. The difference is I was eating carbs at other times of the day. I think this adjustment will help me because I am insulin resistent and have been diagnosed with PCOS. If in fact your body can only burn fat when sugar levels are low, staying away from carbs 23 hrs of every day should help. Though I need to lose more, my immediate goal is 30 lbs and would love to lose the weight before my sons wedding in July. I would love to hear from others who have tried CAD and/or have PCOS. Hopefully, this forum will serve as a support for me during my 101st journey.
