Default south beach pizza good for muscle gain

just thought this was some interesting stuff to find out. I was in wal-mart today and just happened to look at a south beach diet pizza and saw it had 33 grams of carbs and 31 grams of protien lol thats exactly what i need for my wieght gain diet. Who woulda thought something made to make you lose wieght can also help you gain it.

Actually, while it may be good for you to gain weight, it is not a good choice for those who are losing as it also contains over 1000 mgs of sodium.

I hope you enjoy it!!
