For those of you that work out in the AM How many of you eat breakfast before working out ?

No breakfast for me - usually just coffee. If I really want to lose the weight I will skip the coffee, cream, coconut oil, and splenda. There's tons of info on the benefits of fasted exercise also known as "intermittent fasting" among other terms. Good Luck!

i intermittent fast before my AM cardio sessions

i carb and protein load a little pre and post AM resistance sessions


although i fell of the wagon of friday so i shall do a double cardio session today later than normal and fast for 16 hours before hand as punishment ...
