*well since setting it up I've done 1 mile at a 3.0 at 19 mins (and change). Will get on there to do another mile tonight..

Hopefully can start out by doing 3 miles a day (my goal starting tomorrow morning) I'd love to get up to 5 miles a day and I know it's doable. Just going to help my body tone up a bit.

That one mile got me sweating thats for sure (how sad is that) lol

I love it anyhow and listening to music really makes the time go by faster!

how about trying one of the couch to 5k plans

being able to run a 5k in 30 mins gives an excellent level of fitness for normal person and is an achievable goal imo, it is also easily workable into most peoples lifestyles 2-3 times a week
