Default Got to make this work

I am obese ,there I said it. I have uncontrolled blood pressure ,and cholesterol need to lose a lot of weight, I am 4'10 ,so all my weight goes to my belly and butt. I just cant seem to get back mon the wagon ,like my friend said. Please help me I have read so many books that I feel like a teacher .Any help will be gladly received .Thanks

Welcome Jennylou, OK, so you made the first step, let's celebrate that, you have found a fabulous place, tons of info, tons of support. We are here for ya...one day at a time, celebrate small victories. My first suggestion is pick a plan, one that sounds like it will fit your life, read and read and read more until you know it by heart. Chart EVERY, I mean every single thing that you put in your mouth. Get enough to eat, this is not about starvation... Get the right combination of foods, and then just sit back and watch it happen. I'm not saying this is a walk in the park, it is a learning experience, what I am saying is YOU CAN DO THIS, AND WE ARE HERE TO HELP...

Reading the journals here is a good way to get motivated. You don,t need to think about the total right now just get up everyday and know that you will get threw this day and end the day low carb and one day closer to better health
