Taking advice from someone else I decided to post my story in the success section. I would like to very much so thank the people who run this site for I would've never gotten started on this diet if I didn't find this by accident. I learned quite a bit while browsing through as a non-member. Then when I finally registered myself I learned even more by asking questions that were answered by quite knownledgable people. Although, I don't post much here anymore since I'm more so into bodybuilding forums I still continue to use the low-carb diet and will so until I hit my goal. Then I will slowly start to up my carb intake since I will be going on a "bulking" diet to hopefully add more muscle. Well, thanks for all the support here are some pictures..
