Default Split the exercise section?

I just wondered whether a new distribution of sections in the exercise part of the forum might be useful. I've been running a few months now, but I've never really investigated the exercise section, since every time I go there I get a bit overwhelmed by all the threads about every kind of fitness and exercise under the sun, and I kind of give up. If I had a particular question to ask I would (and indeed did once), but I'm just looking for general support and companionship and relevant running chat.

Jumping straight to my point, here's what I'd like to see:

A section for people to ask general questions, like the beginner's section in the main forum.

A section for cardiovascular/aerobic exercise (with maybe, hopefully, another separate section for running)

A section for anaerobic/resistance/weights training

A section for stretch and tone training like yoga and pilates

A fitness challenge section.

I think this could work really well. What does anyone think?

I agree. Maybe just 2 sections, questions and then chit-chat or something. I think challenges should have it's own section.
