Default Newbee ~ CAD -- Questions

I would like to know how successful some of you have been on this program as I was going to go back on atkins but I love the fact I can eat whatever I want for my Reward meal..

Can I lose 2 lbs a week ?

You can't lose 2 lbs a week guaranteed on any diet. It is up to your body how fast or slow you lose.

My suggestion is to choose the plan that best suits your long term goals.

I started last Jan. Have lost 30 pounds. Some are faster. There are no guarantees, but it's very liveable and pleasant way to "diet".

Default my loss

My loss has varied a lot over the time I have been on CAD. For the first year I averaged about 1.75lbs a week. But, I had a LOT to lose, too. We are all different and it just depends on your program and your body. It really is a wonderful, craving-bashing way to lose though.
