Question Balancing the 4 food groups

OK OK, this will be my last post for this morning. I must be feeling more energetic than usual. One reason I went OFF the Atkins Diet was that I was absolutely EXHAUSTED. I am feeling much better with the additional carbs on SP2.

The questions is: How to you balance the four SP food groups? Are you counting protein grams, carb grams, fat grams? It seems to be more of an intuitive thing perhaps (like my feeling of craving more protein) and trial and error?

Thanks for any and all input!

Hi rivrgodess:

Technically, you only have to count starchy carbs. Count protein ONLY if you are on the burned out adrenal program. The rest don't need to be counted.

Myself, I'm a data junkie so I keep everything on a nutrition program. I like to observe trends based on how I eat.

Wanda
