175.8....my new weight. Woo Hoo!!!!
Finally broke my stall....well, not technically a stall, but 10 days at any weight feels like a stall!
Anyway, the scale dropped down this morning to 175.8. Day one of this weight. We'll see how long this weight lasts. Hopefully, I will drop on down a few more times before my next little plateau. (Well, sometimes even a little upswing in there for a day. You know how daily weighing goes!)
I have really simplified my menu and avoid almost all treats. I did keep coffee and sodas, but my sodas are mainly splenda sweetened. I have upped my water and reduced my splenda. No alcohol. Increased my fat, which is easy to do since I bought 2 links of sausage at a nearby local grocery right off I-95. Of course, I had to fight through all the out-of-state traffic and wait in line. Folks stop from Maryland and New Jersey all the time and fill coolers full of the pork products. I LOVE their sausage and we treat ourselves sometimes.
