May I suggest that you would do much better without the BBQ sauce, using some herbs and spices instead.
Here is a very good sounding recipe for that and similar to some I've used. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=451666
I use Guys Award Winning Sugar Free BBQ Sauce. It has 2 carbs per 2 Tbsp. Comes in several flavors. I cook the ribs in the crock pot without sauce and then just brush lightly and grill or broil at the end for some flavor.
I tend to use a rub or lowcarb sauce and not on it.. If you cook the ribs low and slow, and then sauce them after, You can control the carb count and they are yummy!!
I personally don't know of a way to figure that out, I like many others use a rub of spices and herbs and if I must have the sauce I use Walden Farms, not great but it's zero carb and zero calories.
nice dry rub... like Baylor said.. sauce optional at the end... you can control your carb and sugar count this way..
but a nice spicy dry rub is the way to go..... and then you can do the same to chicken, meat, pork, pork belly, turkey, jerky.......
use your favorite spices..
i tend to go African with the spicy...
