Default Anchor chocolate mousse- Atkins Friendly!!!

I have just been looking online and found the following gem:

Anchor chocolate mousse in a can- £1.98 from tescos. (250g can)

Per 12.5g serving: (2 second squirt)

Cals- 42
Protein: 0.4g
Carbs: 1.8g
Sugars: 0.4g
Sat Fat: 2.5g
Sodium: Trace

I haven't actually tried it yet, but I'm definitely going to!!

Thought it may be nice with SF Jelly, or perhaps mixed into some whipped cream & cream cheese as a mousse style desert.

Has anyone already tried this??

According to tesco's page it does contain over 3.2% sugar as well as the cream making 1.8 net grams of carbs per squirt so just watch for cravings after eating it and remember to count those 1.8 carbs per serving!!

Yeah- I know it would be easy to go nuts with it.

I plan to just use it as a 'hint' of chocolate flavouring to a cream cheese/whipped cream mousse.

You could always add a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder to your mousse if you want the chocolate taste in the mousse!
Or add it to double cream and sweetener and whip it yourself to use as a topping
