What a great success story! It's so nice to hear about the benefits of low-carbing aside from the weight loss.

It sounds like you'll have great success with quitting smoking as well.

I quit smoking with chantex and to my surprise I now hate smoking...I never ever want to smoke again...but know this it was not an over night miracle...the first 5 months were HELL!

I have been quit now since the 1 day of Sept 2007.

I totally agree! I always blamed my IBS symptoms on my gallbladder being removed-----but after starting low carb they disappeared. Imagine that!
