Following the success of our first get together we opted for another meeting on Saturday 6th December.

We decided to meet up at 12 30 pm in the food court at Victoria Plaza, above Victoria Station, so we could have lunch.

When I'm back at work I'll post what the various food options are there.

People can then stay on to talk, or even come along later. Those that want to can then go Christmas shopping in central London.

I look forward to seeing you all again and hopefully a few new faces as well.

I would love to come down to London and have lunch and meet new people. I'll even try to get hubby to come along since he is doing Atkins with me. I just joined this forum yesterday and have only been on Atkins for a week, but hopefully by the time 06 Dec comes around I will have lost a lot more weight.

I viewed your weight loss timeline photos and they are truly inspirational! You should be proud of your accomplishments!

Count me in. Looking forward to meeting up with everyone again. Really enjoyed the last meet it. I may have to dash off early, cos I have plans for that evening , so looks like no Xmas Christmas shopping for me, but will stay for at least lunch.

It's a maybe for me but will do my best as I'd love to meet you all! Little Anne, my mother-in-law lives in Tunbridge Wells and we go past Orpington to visit her. Every time I go past now I think about you and would certainly love to meet you! So hopefully see you on the 6th!

Gez and I won't be able to make it--Saturdays are probably the worst days for musicians! She's performing in Liverpool that day and I'll be with her. <sigh>

Well its the Blackpool meet this coming weekend, but this is the thead for the London meet.

Demi and myself visited Victoria Plaza a couple of weeks ago. I suggest that we meet up at the general seating area which is to the right hand side of the escalators. There are 2 restaurants up there which I think we can eat in, Garfunkels and Cafe Rouge. There are items in Deep Pan Pizza (chicken wings, salad), but not a lot. There is also a pub, McDonalds, Spud u like, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Benjy's, but these are not really for us. Would be worth seeing if Benjy's have these carbolite bars though! So if we aim to eat around 1 pm we can decide between us which of the two eateries we go to once you have had a chance to view the menus.

There is nothing that you particularly need to bring, except some money, of course! You might like to bring you old photos so we can all see the progress you have made so far. Do bring cameras. I've just sent my latest film off for printing which contains the photos of our October meet.
