My top 5 five salads

For convenience, I came up with 5 favorite salad variations that have 5 carbs each (net carbs, of course). I calculated them through Fitday. Then I wrote them down with each ingredient listed. Now I don't have to calculate each ingredient every time I make a salad. I just look at my list on the side of my refrigerator. Big time saver!
