Good for you, Zeppo!
Try to focus on the delicious foods you can have and not so much on what you cannot have. Grabbing the roasted chicken from the grocery store is a nice convenience. I've also gotten the frozen chopped sirloin burgers and salmon burgers from Costco. You can cook them up without thawing. Add some salad from the bags with blue cheese or ranch dressing or else microcook some frozen broccoli and dinner is served! Another quick meal is canned tuna or salmon, mixed with mayo, pickles and chopped cucumber. The individually wrapped cheese is good for a snack to take with you.
This support forum has been very helpful for me too. You probably wont believe how many aches and pains go away. And your cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar should get into the normal range very quickly.
