Default Newbie Here :)

I just found this forum today and I have been glued to it for the last few hours...I honestly don't even remember how I found it but I am so glad I did. I am a stay at home mother of 2 and over the years have found my self getting less active and gaining more weight. I want to lose the lbs so I can still enjoy my kids while they are young.

I will be following the CAD diet and while I use to have the book and read it years ago..I will be going out tomorrow to purchase it again so that I can have it to use as my "bible"
