Well I can find banana pudding sugar free, my question is more to the milk that you are supposed to add. I found one recipie that called for 1 pint of heavy wipped cream, that is fine but it also ask for 1 can of Condense Milk (eagle brand milk). Now I think I read somewhere where in this forum someone with a recipie for condense milk (low sugar), but never though I would need it (here I am looking like crazy for it). Also the recipie ask for 1 1/2 cup of milk. Those are the items I would like to substitue.

Thanks for your reply....I have been awaiting a long time for one.

For your craving of Banana Pudding... give this recipe a try.

Default pudding

According to Dr Bernstein, the diabetes doc, fat free, sugar free Jello instant pudding has about 6 grams carb per 1/2 cup if you make it with WATER instead of milk. Sounds bad but I tried it with the chocolate flavor and it was pretty good. I think I'll try the banana flavor pudding. Now, if we can just figure out something for the vanilla wafers!!!!

Here is a link to a recipe for LC condensed milk.

I have dried out and used the almond sheet cake in my Tiramisu recipe for stuff like bread pudding and wafer pie crusts, so I would think that it would work for the vanilla wafers in banana pudding.

Default Tiramisu

Hi Karen,
I am on here searching for a lo-carb Tiramisu recipe. Would you share? I am living Atkins and also have 5 diabetic family members who will be here for Thanksgiving and thinking that Tiramisu might be the perfect dessert.
Thanks,
Mary
