Slipped up a bit everyday but am committed to staying on plan today
Breakfast was a wrap from a local joint, wrap removed. Had scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, bolognese sauce (about half a TB), and basil. Yum! Packed my lunch to have 3-4 ribs and broccoli with garlic butter on it. Dinner will maybe be the same as lunch or chicken thighs with spinach.
had some chicken for breakfast and will have chicken again for lunch and dinner. payday is friday...i can make it. just gotta be a little creative so i dont get chickened to death. i am still on induction and i dont have any veggies so it will probably be meat meat and more meat for the next couple of days for me.
bhghatesyo, try shredding some up and cooking it up in the oven with some onions, cream cheese, parmesean cheese, and some cream to thin out the cream cheese. If you have any broccoli or spinach around, toss that in, too.. Thought this sounded odd but made it for myself and my fiance and he gobbled it up in no time.
