Im also newly diagnosed with PCOS. I always had problems with my periods or rarely had them at all. All the doctors I went to see would simply prescribe a form of BC to help my periods without even trying to find out what was the cause. I finally found a doctor that went through the procedure with me to find out if I had PCOS. I dont think most of the doctors I went to even knew enough about PCOS to diagnose with me it. Im glad that now i know. I have heard that Low carb eating helps it but I dont understand how. Im going to continue reading about it so that I can fully understand it.
