I have been drinking green tea straight. Nothing else added. I'm trying to get used to it and doing okay, but sometimes it is fairly bitter. I just keep hearing about how good it is for you and helps with weight loss. My main liquids I drink now are water, green tea (sometimes oolong or black), sparkling water with lime and digestive bitters (0 carbs/calories and no artificial sweetener), and royal rich milk from a local dairy (I limit this to once a day or less). I haven't used stevia too much yet. I do have it but haven't experimented with it too much.
