Default "Feaux" Tato Casserole

I make a casserole for my children that call for tator-tots and cream of mushroom soup. I altered it to this recipe and they can't even tell the difference.

1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 8 oz brick of cream cheese
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 lb hamburger
little onion (depending on where you are on your diet, sometimes I just use onion powder.)
sliced mushrooms
grated cheese

Par boil the cauliflower. Brown the sausage, hamburger, & onion. Drain the water off the cauliflower & the grease off the meat. In a big casserole dish mix everything together except cheese. (add, some salt, pepper, garlic powder, season salt to taste). Top the mixture with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min. until everything is heated through and cheese is melted.
