Sugar Alcohols and Egg Salad

ok sugar alcohols dont kick u out of ketosis right? ull keep losing right? but it will stall. is their a like a max of sugar alcohols u can have that chances it will kick u out ketosis and effect weightloss big time? also whats in egg salad?

Egg salad = eggs, mayonnaise, possibly onions, celery or other green stuff. That's it, except for salt, pepper.

YMMV - your mileage may vary. Some people are not bothered in any way by sugar alcohols. Others stop losing, have uncontrollable diarrhea the next day, get out of ketosis etc.

You'll just have to try and see how you do.
