Hello from the Okanagan

Just thought that my first posting should be here. I have been LC since 1998 and lost 27 pounds the first try and have been able to keep it off until just recently when I gained almost all of it back and have chosen to make a firm commitment to it again.

I like the fact that I can come to the forum and find support even if I don't post alot.

If there are any other Okanagan people out there I would love to hear from you.
