Cool An odd situation!

Hi everyone!!

This is an odd situation!!! LOL

I am not on a low carb program, I am "dieting" but not this way.

Reason why I am posting on a board about this WOL is my DH is following Atkins. He loves the program, he has completed induction and is having a few stumbles along the way.

I post on the boards for ideas and to get information for him. Since I am the one who prepares most of his meals, and makes sure he is staying OP. This works for us.

Being that we are on two totally different WOL it is hard for us to mesh our meals together, so when I find the odd low carb and low fat/low cal recipe I grab it and run

I hope that no one minds that I post here. I just want to be as supportive for him as I can be.

Sharon, I did try it, and I was so tired! I would fall asleep with two kids screaming in the room. Was very dizzy and was walking into things. My head was scrambled!!

My only conclusion by doing my own reasearch on the internet was that since I already have very low blood pressure, this WOL can lower BP, and there is a term for when it sends it to low.
When I go for my next physical I will ask my Dr.

My BP on a normal day is around 100/60. Even while pregnant it never went much higher.
