Sunday, ran 1 mile in 9:40 min.

Goal, today Monday, run that mile a little bit faster!

Monday ran a mile in 9:47

Tuesd ran/walked

Wed plan to go to run for 45 min 5.0 to 5.5 mph
then do cardio sculpt

Wed - did cardio sculpt and walked about a mile (was supposed to do 45 min of cardio) try again!

Today- do ABS/Core routine, and run 1 mile

Thurs- Did ABS/Core routine, went pretty quick- then didn't feel great so just rested, read my newest Lisa Scottoline book

Fri- Plan to do 45 min cardio/Sculpt routine

Sat- Spinning at 7:15 with the whole gang, YEAH!
Dancing Lesson and dancing practice
Legs routine

Sun- Cardio/Sculpt
Running at least a mile

Week Plan 6/27 to 7/3

Mon - Arm moves at home

Tues - Treadmill at home 20 min, 180 cal about 1.7 miles

Wed - Bike at Gym - 8 miles, Swim 300 yds

Thurs - Treadmill at home 35 min - didn't happen!

Fri - Spin at gym a.m.-didn't happen!

Thurs: Walk 5 miles + Weights

Fri: 45 min spinning

Sat: Walk 5 miles + Weights

Sun: Walk 5 miles or Play Raquetball for 1 hour

Sun 4/15/07 - 90 min walk w/ 3# hand weights
Mon 4/16/07 - 45 min spinning - great workout! Stayed in fat burning zone.
Tues - rest (148)
Wed - busy no exercise (149)
Thur - 60 min tennis lesson (148.5)
Fri - pilates cd (148)
Sat - rest (147- GREAT)

Mon - (149.5) just about 15 min at home
Tues - (??) rest
Wed - ( 147) busy errand day, nothing
Thurs- (147) busy dinner out
Fri - () nothing
Sat - () busy week

low exercise this week! Must do better next week!

Sat night - back from the Alaska cruise, overate, but tried to exercise almost every day on the cruise.

Sun (150) - gym w/ Ben run/walk 3.5 miles, biked steady 9.5 miles, a few arm exercises and side incline crunches

Mon (149.5) - gym w/ Ben run/walk 3 miles, biked about 15 minutes, not sure how far a few arm exercises and side incline crunches

Tues (149) - gym alone run/walk 3.5 miles, a few arm exercises

Wed (148) - plan bar method exercise dvd something somewhat relaxing - didn't happen, went to the fair with my parents, no exercise other than walking around and eating

Thur (148) - plan run am 4.4 miles - probably won't have time for this?? - ended up just doing a 2 mile walk on the treadmill

Fri (149) - I think the fair caught up with me plan rest

Sat (150) - plan Warrior Dash! - had a great time, but ATE TOO MUCH after the run

Sun (?) - still feeling pretty bloated, ugh! Didn't want to weigh

Mon (150) - feel ok, Ran about 3 miles, then biked a little more
did 3-1/2 pull up assisted with 105# - 45 min of cardio exercise

Tues (148.5) - portion control is HELPING - gym run/walk 2.5 miles, about 30 minutes, then did 4-1/2 then 3-1/2 pull upp assisted with 105# - did a few back extentions and side twists.

Wed (148.5) - thought I'd be lighter today, but TOM is coming hot yoga 80 min- should feel like a good detox, plus B is coming home tonight, yay, miss him!

Thur (148) - plan run a little at home? before work (didn't happen), gotta get in the habit of doing exercise on Thursday before work, because I don't have time for it after work on Thursday. It's so hard for me to get up before work to exercise, I need to go to bed earlier on Wed night.

Fri (??) - didn't exercise yesterday and won't have time today, I know I should have done my 50 each of sit ups/push ups/squats - I will do that tonight, and get in a few minutes, try to watch portions today! - didn't do anything

Sat (??) - plan run and bike- didn't do anything

Sun (??) - plan run and bike - did 3 miles or so on the treadmill, 40 min

Goal - 250 minutes of exercise this week = 195 = 55 short

Arrow Week of 9/24/12

Goal 250 minutes of exercise

Mon (150.5) - a super indulgent weekend (ARTICHOKE DIP)
had a nice dinner with Diane at Martells only had mushroom
soup and salad and a glass of white wine, 2 small pieces of
bread w/ oil but no dessert
run/walk on treadmill around 42 min, 3.1 miles
5 X 20 =100 push ups
5 X 20 =100 squats
5 X 20 =100 sit ups
5 X 1 =5 min planks
Burned over 550 cals
spread out the strength moves
total count 60 min

Tues (149) - plan Hot Yoga - Vinyasa- didn't love the young man instructor
but glad I went, he sort of grew on me. 7pm (60 min)
then strength moves while watching TV
trying to get to fewer sets
4 X 25 =100 push ups
4 X 25 =100 squats
4 X 25 = 100 sit ups
4 X 75 sec =5 min planks
Burned over 500 cals
also before yoga took dylan for a 10 min walk
total count 90 min

Wed (148.5)- run/walk - 30 minutes with Dylan
50 push ups on knees

Thur(148) - DO SOMETHING
strength moves

Fri (147.5) - Hot Yoga (60 minutes after work)


Sat(147.5) -walk w/ Dog and Hub outside about 1.5 miles 25 min?


Sun(147.5) -nada, lazy day


Goal 250 min of exercise... 265 so far...0 to go - did it this week!
