So the local gym - or the small town equivalent LOL which is mostly the high school wrestling team building - is starting Zumba classes.

It looks really fun! Anybody ever tried it?

LOVE it.
Only reason I'm not going right now is because I just had surgery and can't resume regular exercise.
You will love it, and it's a great workout.

Zumba is awesome. You'll have so much fun and sweat your butt off. Bring a towel, lots of water, and only do 1/2 of the booty pops or else your back will be sore.

It looks like a lot of fun! Haven't tried it myself though. Heed the caution in that link Fialka posted. Pace yourself! My friend went to see an orthopaedist after a skating injury. In conversation the doc told her that she was experiencing a brisk upswing in business from women coming in with knee and joint injuries from trying to do zumba moves their bodies weren't ready to handle.
