Default Here's to Hope

So I went to my favorite Homeopathic Dr. today and she says it's most definetly Candida... she is treating me aggresively but did not tell me to stop any certain foods. I told her I had already cut out sugar etc. She knows I try to follow the Otype foods usually so maybe thats why she didn't mention it I don't know. Ok so I have to get rid of all nuts, cheese, dairy, vinegars etc. and pork too?? Man this is gonna be hard.

I don't feel bad. I mean I am a bit bloated today but I think that's because TOM is late. I lost a bit of weight and 13 inches in this past month. I just itch like crazy in places a person shouldn't have to itch much less scratch!!!

Is this why I can always lose a little bit of weight but then it won't budge??

Is there anyone on here that has beaten this thing?

Any input experiences or advice is most appreciated!

I found a lot of good info on this site;

http://www.holistichelp.net/candida-diet.html

Hope it helps answer some of your questions also. I was lucky, went to Sprouts in Tucson, the girl in the Vitamin section has been fighting Candida for a long time, so she was very helpful with my supplements! Best of luck, waiting right now for lab results to see how I am doing (2 month culture time)!

Yep that's one of the websites I found too. there are so many to weed through. I found a great food guide also... so tired of giving things up food wise though!!! Let me know how the results of your tests come out and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
